Ingredients: Daiichi Smoked Pork Leg, Ginger (fresh), Garlic (fresh), Black pepper, Cinnamon powder, Rosemary (fresh), Olive oil, Barbecue Sauce
 
 
Method:
1. Peel ginger and garlic and grind it.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients with olive oil to make a paste except the Rosemary .
3. Marinate the pork with this mixture for 6 hours.
4. Wrap in foil paper and put the rosemary sticks inside. Slow roast the pork chunk in an oven for a minimum of 4 hours depending with thickness.
5. Ensure you cook it while wrapped throughout. You need not add salt,
6. When done serve with a homemade barbecue sauce.
